U.S. Return Warehouses
The following warehouses are designated facilities for receiving approved product returns and exchanges on behalf of HONG KONG CHENNING TRADING CO., LIMITED. They are return facilities, not the company's Hong Kong business address. The company remains the seller and the business responsible for your order and after-sales service.

Contact TOCOWAY Support and obtain approval before sending any product back. Include your order number, product model, and reason for the return or exchange. Do not send products to the Hong Kong business address or either U.S. warehouse without prior authorization and confirmation of the correct return address. TOCOWAY Support will assign the appropriate warehouse for your specific order.
