01 ARE THE 43 MPH SPEED AND 31-MILE RANGE NUMBERS REAL?
Yes. These figures come from real-world TOCOWAY vehicle testing.
We recorded up to 43 MPH. The up to 31-mile range was recorded under low-speed / Gear 1 riding conditions. Actual results vary with rider weight, terrain, temperature, tire pressure and riding style.
02 WILL THE TC7 FIT MY HEIGHT AND WEIGHT?
Recommended rider height is approximately 5'5"–6'3" (165–190 cm).
TC7 has an 800 mm seat height, 17"/14" wheel setup and supports up to 300 lb.
03 HOW MUCH ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED?
TC7 arrives partially assembled to protect the bike during shipping. Final setup is required before your first ride.
An assembly guide/video is provided. Always verify the front wheel, brakes, steering, tire pressure and key fasteners before riding.
04 IS THE TC7 STREET LEGAL?
TC7 is sold as an off-road electric dirt bike and is not advertised as street legal.
Regulations vary by state and local jurisdiction. Always check local laws before riding in public areas.
05 HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY TAKE TO CHARGE?
Typical charging time is approximately 4–6 hours.
06 CAN THE BATTERY BE REMOVED FOR CHARGING?
Yes. The TC7 battery is removable, so it can be taken off the bike and charged separately.
07 WHERE DOES MY TC7 SHIP FROM?
U.S. orders ship from our U.S. warehouse.
